Jason Anderson’s classic-modern restaurant design evolves with his latest concept, Nox. Latin for ‘night,’ Nox is a slight nod to Ernest Hemingway as a writer, hunter, and world traveler. Nox’s executive chef, Peter Lindquist, a 15-year Fox veteran, most recently known for his role as executive chef at downtown’s Hub.



Taking everything and making it better

Nox is now located in the old Cafe Jasper space at Skyline and Campbell. Vintage finds, eclectic art, aged wood paneling, intimate lighting, and a wrap-around bar opening up to the patio lounge hint at Anderson’s signature design prominently featured at Union Public House, Umi Star, and Cartel Coffee, as well as Scottsdale’s Mabel’s on Main and Revolver Lounge.
